Obi Chukwuka Noah Akaeze I, the 17-year-old who was recently installed king of Ubulu-Uku Kingdom in Aniocha LGA of Delta State paid a courtesy visit to the state governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, at Government House, Asaba, on Tuesday, February 23.
The young monarch was accompanied by the Chairman of the Council, Chief Isaac Anwuzia; the Regent, Prince Anthony Ofulue; relatives and Palace Chiefs.
