SHAMEEEEEE!!!!!!!: NSCDC Lagos Commander doesn't know the NSCDC Website

When there are millions of qualified graduates out there and even experienced people to run affairs like this, the NSCDC allows someone who can not even quote their website as a commander. In the military, the ability to improvise when you are in dire circumstances is what makes you better than the other person, but this man clearly is a bad liar as well as a poorly informed man.
