Photos:Thief's hands stuck to building materials he was attempting to steal at a building site in Uyo state.

Some residents of Esuk Oro, Oron in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state woke up Tuesday morning to meet Effiong from Udung Okung stuck to building materials he was attempting to steal from a building site. Dominic Efisa who shared the photos on facebook said it took the intervention of the owner of the property to get him off the hook. He has since been handed over to the police.
