Fayose Foils DSS Attempt to Arrest Apostle Suleiman, in Ekiti ''This Doesn't Look Good On Our Government''

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State and Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governor’s Forum, Mr Ayodele Fayose, early on Wednesday morning foiled an attempt by operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) from arresting, who is in Ado Ekiti for a crusade.

The DSS operatives were said to have laid siege at the preacher’s hotel, waiting for him to arrive there from the day’s programme, which was attended by Fayose.

Suleiman was alleged to have been preaching against the recent spate of violence and killings of Pastors and Christians in the Northern region of  Nigeria involving Fulani herdsmen, Nigeria and told members of his church in Auchi, Edo State to fight back should they be attacked by herdsmen.
He had allegedly told his followers to fight if the government continue to sit on its hands in tackling the issue. The Pastor had been in Ado Ekiti for a two-day crusade.

Will they now arrest every government critic? Double standard here.
