Look How They Waste Nigeria's Money: Impounded Helicopter Was Imported By Amaechi And Blocked By Jonathan

It was revealed that the helicopters recently awarded to the Nigerian Air Force by The Customs were imported by former Rivers State governor Rotimi Amaechi for River State. It is no news of his long running feud with Then President Goodluck Jonathan who politrickally frustrated and quite frankly blocked the clearing of the helicopters. They were then left to rot in the warehouse of The Nigerian Customs after very high custom duties were systematically slapped on the helicopters. 

After Governor Wike took office, he tried to convince President Buhari to grant waiver, because according to him the helicopters are for security purpose but that did not fly and we all know where the helicopters ended up.
