The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is scheduled to touch down homeland tomorrow from vacationing in London. The much anticipated return is none like others as false rumours had plagued his trip this time and a massive protest being organised to coincide with his return.
Top government officials are expected to receive the President at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja.
“There are no indications yet that he will not be back on Sunday. If he will not return, he would have communicated that to the National Assembly. Since he has not done that, then he is expected back,” the source said. It is also being reported that Julius Berger who holds the contract of maintaining the Presidential Villa was seen carrying out some renovation work in readiness for the arrival of Mr President.
