Video: Security Officer Flogs Woman Mercilessly With His Baton

Surely this is got to be wrong on every level. Such brutality on the part of a law enforcement officer has got to be frowned upon, i am not going to play the female card and say she is a woman but come on. This is not funny, the mentality here is frightening. The incident reportedly happened at a Police station in Equatorial Guinea.
