Kris Humphries holding Kim Kardashian 'hostage' over divorce claims Kim’s lawyer.

As you all know, Kim is still legally married to Kris Humphries, Well Kim's lawyer is claiming that she (Kim) is been held hostage by estranged husband Kris Humphries.

Kris is claiming he is not ready to go trail due to uncooperative third parties,  a court document was filed on the 8^th of February Humphries was told that he cannot continue to hold the court and Kim hostage through his lack of diligence in preparing his case for trial. Kris keeps saying that his delay on the matter is due to his busy schedule.  According to E! News the reality star’s attorney goes on to say that Mr Humphries needs to ‘put up or shut up' 

I hope the case is resolved, really don't know why the case is still on till now. Get it over with Mr Humphries.
