LAPD Rocked by Another Crazed Vengeful Shooter.

Disgraced cop and former U.S navy officer Christopher Jordan Dorner during a tour of duty in Iraq

Disgraced LA police officer suspected of fatally shooting three people sent a package detailing his personal vendetta against the Los Angeles police department to CNN presenter Anderson Cooper on Thursday Night. The package included a bullet-riddled souvenir coin given to Dorner by the previous LAPD police chief, who oversaw his firing from the department in 2009. Dorner also included a DVD and notes about the complaint he filed against an LAPD supervisor, which he said led to his termination.
Christopher Jordan Dorner began his rampage that has sparked a massive police manhunt after sending the package. Heavily armed SWAT police are said to be closing in on the former U.S Navy officer.
In Big Bear - a popular ski area, SWAT teams set out on snowmobiles on the slopes to search for Dorner.
'Police believe the fugitive has a stash of guns hidden in Big Bear and came up to get them,' said a local official. 'Obviously people in the community are very concerned.' The search had earlier widened to include Nevada, Arizona, Mexico and all of California.
There are 40 potential targets identified in Christopher Jordan Dorner's alleged online manifesto who are receiving police protection.
A police official said it was the largest manhunt in department history that anyone could recall.
He promises to wage 'unconventional and asymmetrical warfare' against police as revenge for his 'unjust' treatment by the 'corrupt' department.
And he has made good on his threat. On Sunday he allegedly murdered the daughter and future son-in-law of LAPD Captain Randy Quan, who defended him at the disciplinary hearing where he was expelled from the police force.
Monica Quan, an assistant basketball coach at California State University-Fullerton, and her fiancé Keith Lawrence, a security officer at the University of Southern California, were found shot to death in their car outside their condo in Irvine.
Early Thursday, he was spotted in the area of one of the targets of his hit-list and Los Angeles police officers engaged him a shootout.
Bizarrely, Dorner advocates for strict gun control, even though he is believed to be armed with several firearms, including an assault rifle. This sure is another slap in the face of the powerful Rifle association in U.S who wants the law unchanged on gun control.
