7-Year-Old Girl Raped On School Ground In New Delhi,India.

Teachers and security guards are being questioned in connection with the rape of a 7-year-old girl in New Delhi, India. A Delhi police officer could only confirm the allegations, but could not provide further details because he was not authorized to make a public statement.More after the cut.
The identity of the Indian victim has not been released and no arrests have been made. Investigators are trying to bring the rapist to justice, but the knowledge that action is being taken is not enough to silence the angry screams of outraged Delhi communities.
The Delhi community is furious that such an act occurred on school grounds. Angry mobs gathered at the hospital the child was taken to, shattering windows with stones and expressing their disgust.
The doctor who evaluated the child, Dr. Sanjay Kumar, confirmed that physical injuries on the child proves that this is no false accusation; she was raped. An increase in the public vocalizing their hate for crimes against women is the result of a fatal gang-rape of a young woman on a New Delhi bus just last December.
It's saddening to know the children of India are not safe in their own communities. The victim was sent to school by parents who wanted more for their child. We hope the rapist is brought to justice, sooner than later.

  1. Recently these Indians have been so ruthless and heartless. I use to think they were very cultural people.
