The former Destiny's Child singer all but confirmed that she is in fact engaged to her long term boyfriend and manager Tim Witherspoon.

Kelly was far from shy about displaying the ring during a Beverly Hills cupcake run on Tuesday.

The 32-year-old was effortlessly beautiful in a ripped pair of light blue boyfriend jeans rolled up above chunky black hi-top sneakers as she made her way out of the famous Sprinkles.She kept herself warm with a cropped grey sweater over the top of a red plaid shirt, and made sure to keep it classy with a chic Chanel handbag and pretty red fingernails.

And she clearly made no secret of the ring, which had behind it a small tattoo.
