Beyonce Wows In Risque See-Through Dress And Thigh-Skimming Boots To Celebrate Album Release.

Her latest album has already sold more than 1 million copies on iTunes so Beyonce had every reason to celebrate.The 32-year-old songstress topped even that sales phenomenon by putting on this gorgous Tom Ford outfit to celebrate the release of her new musical effort in New York City on Saturday.

Beyonce was a visual stunner as she arrived to the party in a skintight black mini-dress made of a vinyl-looking material and featuring an intricate, jagged-edged, mosaic glass pattern.
