Can we truly forgive? There is a "Go and Die" t-shirt???

This is not funny to me, just had to share the picture. An incident happened sometime last week between the Governor of Edo state Adams Oshiomole and a widow...Well, the Governor apologized IMMEDIATELY to the widow. Now, there is a t-shirt to mock him?
I hope its not real.
