Mike Tyson:Is it Good Genes Or Good Doctors?

The question is good genes or good doc???? Here's the 22-year-old version of the undisputed heavy-weight champ at a gala in Beverly Hills back in 1988 (left) -- and 25 years later, the 47-year-old one-man show at his book signing in Los Angeles earlier this year (right).
