Special Adviser Doyin Okupe and Former Minister Oby Ezekwesili at War Over Presidential Security Trip to France

Ezekwesili holds a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, as well as a Masters of Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University She trained with the firm of Deloitte and Touche and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She served as Federal Minister of Solid Minerals and then as Federal Minister of Education during the second term presidency of Olusegun Obasanjo. Since then, she has been the Vice President of the World Bank's Africa division.

Dr. Doyin Okupe is the Senior Special Adviser on Public Affairs to President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria.Before his recent appointment by President Jonathan in 2012, Okupe was spokesman for former President Olusegun Obasanjo and a former governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ogun State in 2003.
