Reports pouring from Jos, Nigeria alleges that: Two bomb blasts went off in Jos this afternoon with numerous casualties causing mayhem and devastation in the city of Jos Plateau State Nigeria.
The explosions happened at the Jos Main Market,behind Ahmadu Bello Way a densely populated area and the commercial hub of the city. The first explosion is said to have gone off at about 2:30 pm with a Siena space bus with number plate,Plateau XB 146 BLD filled with explosive devices.
The way the bombs went off clearly was done to maximize casualties and brings to mind that the perpetrators now have higher tactical powers because such things only happen in Iraq and Afghanistan. The second bomb went off minutes after killing people who came to the rescue of others affected by the first explosion. Most Explosions we hear about in the middle east happen in similar fashion where one explosion goes off, people rush to the scene to help and another goes off, which begs the question, who is behind Boko-Haram? President Jonathan during the recent security summit in France revealed that Boko-Haram is now working with Al-qaeda, if this is true, then it is very frightening.
