Pictures of Mikel Obi and his Russian girlfriend Olga Diyachenko has been causing ripples ever since stories of his alleged engagement to her broke out. Mikel says Nigerian girls have been attacking his girl on social media. He also denied that he has proposed to her. He told sports journalist C. Udoh:
"Yes, she is my girlfriend, but I have not proposed to her. If that happens, it will not be hidden and everyone will know."
Mikel also pleaded with Nigerian girls to leave his girl alone.
"I'm begging Nigerian girls to please leave her alone. Some Nigerian girls have already been attacking her (on social media) since this fake story came out."
He wants a Russian girl..Let him be!
