She's a Ghanaian artist who was allegedly attacked by her manager.

I don't care what happened to really know what happened between them, still don't want to know...Violence to women should never be tolerated. NEVER!  According to reports from Ghana, the lady also known as Nancy was punched and headbutted by her manager following a disagreement over money.

Nancy  is being treated at the hospital while the police is said to be looking for the manager who has since gone into hiding....
