Governor Babatunde Fashola urges Nigerians to vote for good politicians with good record. "Don't be bought with dollars"

Governor Babatunde Fashola  had earlier accused President Goodluck Jonathan of sharing Dollars to some people during a recent visit to Lagos. Now the Governor is warning Nigerians not to sell their votes for monetary gain.

Fashola urged citizens to instead vote for politicians that had good records and had delivered on their promises.
The governor stated this on Tuesday, March 3, while commissioning a network of roads in the Kosofe Local Government Area of the state.
If you collect Dollars, know that you have collected your security, your roads and your infrastructure,” Fashola said.

“It is demeaning, degrading and insulting that anyone who has made promises to come back and offer you money. Tell them your dignity cannot be bought by Naira or Dollars,
” the Governor added.
