Graphic Photos:Soldier kills man in front of INEC Office Bauchi.

 Early hours of this morning,one man was allegedly shot dead by a soldier at Bauchi's INEC Office.
This happened after the residents refused the military into the INEC office because results were being collated and this sparked up violence.

Another civilian was said to have been hit by stray bullet.
