According to the Nigerian Forum News, a leaked document has appeared on-line (above) with direct instructions from the C N C, a military term used while referring to the President as Commander in Chief, to the Economic and Financial Crime Commission EFCC with a long list of names to investigate and may be stall them in their opposition.

Well, in my own opinion, politics is a dirty game and just as this letter can be true, it is the same way anybody with a computer and printer can forge it. So we should take it with a pinch of salt for now.
