Jay Z's cousin Briant “Bee-High” Biggs who was mentioned during the mogul's Twitter session on Sunday, April 26, 2015 as the man in charge of discovering talent in Nigeria held a meeting with Chocolate City yesterday, April 27, 2015.

Jay-Z's cousin has been in Nigeria since 2013 trying to look for new frontiers for Roc Nation. It has been rumoured that Ice Prince will be on the Roc Nation Africa roster when it has been floated.
