Garissa Massacre:Why is the world not talking about this?

Remember how the world’s leaders spewed out their outrage and manifested their solidarity with their French counterparts during the Charlie Hebdo episode.

Now people are asking: where are these world leaders now in Garissa as we see president Uhuru Kenyatta standing all by himself.
