Muhammadu Buhari has been issued a Certificate of Return by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC. 

The chairman, Attahiru Jega, handed the certificate to Buhari, and the vice president-elect, Yemi Osinbajo few minutes ago.

He is currently giving his speech live on TV where he thanks Tinubu, Lai Mohammed and other APC leaders.
