Borno State Governor, Hon. Kashim Shettima on Monday July 6, hosted the Chief of Army Staff Lt. Gen. Kenneth TJ Minimah on a courtesy call to commemorate the 2015 Nigerian Army Day celebration. Gen. Minimah also handed over 182 detainees who have been in custody of the military over boko haram related offences to the Borno state government.
The detainees were also cleared of all incrimination.
