Young man stripped and paraded naked for stealing chicken in Benue state,Nigeria.

Not condoling this though-Isn't this far too harsh for someone who just stole chicken? What if he stole money?
 The young man was stripped naked and paraded by some vigilante group in Kwande, after he was caught with stolen fowls in Benue state.
This is not cool.
