Teigen also posted an announcement on Instagram, noting the newborn’s weight of six pounds and 11 ounces. “She's here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy,” she wrote in the post.
Last October, Teigen opened up about having fertility struggles on her show FABLife. "John and I were having trouble," she told her co-hosts. "We would have had kids five, six years ago if it happened. But my gosh, it's been a process. We've seen fertility doctors."
Legend and Teigen, who married in 2013, didn’t reveal the sex of their baby until December.
“I’ve made this decision,” Teigen told People in February. “Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, ‘Let’s put in the girl.’ ”
Congrats to both.
