Edo Assembly sacks speaker,Deputy.

The Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Honorable Victor Edoror and his Deputy were on Tuesday removed from office through impeachment.

About Fifteen lawmakers of the 24-member House impeached the two principal officers over allegations of incompetence and high-handedness.

After their impeachment, the members elected Mrs Elizabeth Ative as the new Speaker.
