 It could be lining of her undies...But it seems all the rounded perfect backside is not what it appears to be after all. While leaving Khloe Kardashian's 32nd birthday party with husband Kanye at Dave & Busters in LA on Monday, Kim Kardashian exposed what appear to be pads in her underwear.
The skirt was sheer enough to give an outline of what looked like butt pads.
