' Rob Kardashian is Ready To Shed Those Extra Pounds ' Seeks Services Of Celebrity Personal Trainer Gunnar Peterson

After storming out of his sister's wedding with Kanye West because of his weight issues, the former reality star who prior to the wedding had been in hiding has sort the services of renowned celebrity personal trainer Gunnar Peterson to help him shed the pounds.

Speaking to E News, the personal trainer said Rob is very determined to loose all those weights.

He also added: 'With 26 years of training experience of doing this, I can tell you without hesitation that Rob Kardashian will get back to his best shape ever. There's not one doubt in my mind.'Calling him 'a good guy,' Gunnar said: 'Rob was a solid basketball player, a serious runner and he's a serious athlete. 'It's when life gets in the way, that's what makes it hard to get to the gym.'

The trainer blamed Rob's busy life as an entrepreneur and reality star for preventing him getting to the gym as much as he would like. 'If it was Rob on his own, he'd be in every day. But he's pitching shows, he's on a show, he has his sock line and other business ventures.

'People forget. They think these people are walking around just being celebrities. He has a lot of things going on. A lot,' Gunnar continued. 'Here's a guy fighting paparazzi getting in and out of the gym. This guy is fighting through human walls, to get to the gym. A lot of people have blown off workouts with a lot less obstacles. 'Rob is such a solid guy when he gets in here. I don't care if he weighs 50, 100 or 200 pounds. He works like an athlete. 'He never tries to beg out of a set. He never tries to hop off the cardio a minute or two before. He goes the distance every time.'

Rob blames his weight gain on emotional stress saying he finds himself in a vicious cycle of eating because he is angry and angry because he is eating too much. I hope he sticks to the regime and get his confidence back.
