27 years after: 'Coming to America' star Vanessa Bell happy Beyonce wore that dress to METGALA.

We all get our inspirations from one another after all. Most of us have seen 'Coming To America' then you should know who Vanessa Bell Calloway is.

She's the actress who played Akeem's first chosen bride-to-be who barked like a dog when he asked her to (that's them left). People feel Beyonce got the inspiration for her Met Gala dress from the one Vanessa wore in the 1988 classic movie.
I agree..
The 58 year old actress was honoured for the comparison.
