She adds that being in the spotlight isn't easy and "Everyone always picks us apart." Because of the extreme scrutiny she's always under she explains, "I want to admit to the lips, but people are so quick to judge me on everything, so I might have tiptoed around the truth, but I didn't lie."
There has been speculation by fans and the media for numerous months regarding whether or not the reality star enhanced her lips after debuting what appeared to be a much different look.
Fans of her super plump lips have gone so far as to create a "Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge", in which fans suck a shot glass to temporarily create plumper lips, which sometimes results in disaster.
The 17-year-old ended up addressing the unfortunate social media craze on Twitter. "I'm not here to try & encourage people/young girls to look like me or to think this is the way they should look,"
she wrote. "I want to encourage people/young girls like me to be YOURSELF & not be afraid to experiment w your look."
