Charleston Massacre: Dylann Roof indicted for Murder in Charleston Church,Indicted on 11 counts charges.

Dylann Roof, the 21-year-old white man who massacred 9 people at the historic Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in June 17 has been indicted on nine murder charges and three attempted murder counts.

Roof had already been charged by state warrants with the nine murder counts and one count of possessing a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. Three additional attempted murder charges related to people who survived the shooting were presented to the grand jury on Tuesday July 7.
