Case Closed! FBI close Brad Pitt child abuse investigation with 'No Charges' filed after private plane incident with son.

The FBI has confirmed its investigation into child abuse allegations made against Brad Pitt involving his teen son Maddox has been closed.
The actor, who appeared at his Spanish premiere for the new movie Allied on Tuesday night, will no longer be investigated by the bureau as it found no grounds for the inquiry, it has been reported.

Brad, who shares six children with his estranged wife Angelina Jolie, was cleared of any wrongdoing after the allegations were made following an alleged incident on a private plane in September. Within days Angelina had filed for divorce.
The investigation into the reported clash between the actor and his 15-year-old adopted son Maddox has been closed after a "review of the circumstances", the agency said.

Brad has vehemently denied the allegations. An FBI spokeswoman told the Press Association: "In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation.

"No charges have been filed in this matter."

A representative for Pitt had no comment, according to CNN.

Maleficent actress Angelina is currently seeking sole custody of the couple's children, while Brad has requested a judge grant him joint custody.
The FBI's decision to drop the investigation comes after the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Service concluded there was no child abuse.
The FBI said in September that the agency was "continuing to gather facts" about the incident to determine whether or not a federal investigation was necessary.

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September, citing "irreconcilable differences" as legal grounds.

Earlier this month, her rep said she and Pitt reached an agreement in the divorce that granted Jolie custody of all six of their children.
