Nigeria's 1979 G8 Delegate: When Nigeria Was Nigeria.

When Olusegun Obasanjo was military head of state from 1976 until 1979, Major General Musa
Yar'Adua was his Vice President. He and his then Federal Permanent Secretary Dr Cromwell Ibie JD seen here attending the June 28–29, 1979 G8 summit hosted by Masayoshi Ōhirain in Tokyo Japan. The Police Guards will tell you its Japan. When Nigeria was Nigeria, it was One Naira to 1 Dollar then, WOW.  Now all Nigerian delegates do in the G8 is Nothing or even sleep in their chairs, if they even get invited anymore.
